【峇里島玩透透】亞洲航空AirAsia_班機延誤證明 ♣ 延誤保險賠償申請

這次到峇里島遊玩的回程班機,正好碰到杜鵑颱風,09/28全天桃園中正機場的飛機幾乎都停飛。

班機延遲了一天,浩浩蕩蕩的一群朋友們(因禍得福?多賺到一天假XDD) 要在峇里島多待一天。

還好有保了旅遊不便險,不但不用擔心預算破表,還為我們省下住宿費,外加在mall裡多買幾件衣服。

今年的颱風一個接著一個,又都是碰到假日@@ 相信一定有不少朋友碰到跟我一樣的狀況…

本篇主要是把申請亞航班機延誤證明和跟保險公司申請賠償的過程都記錄下來,

分享給需要的人噢!

 

1. 收到班機延期的e-mail通知信 

原本預計於9/28 18:15起飛的班機,在14:10收到班機延期e-mail,說明原本搭乘的班機被延期至隔一天的同一時間,另外也提供”選擇重新安排時間”及”退費”兩個選項給乘客,全文如下:

送出申請之後,大約30~一小時內會收到系統的自動回覆信件,要提醒大家的是,它不一定會回覆到你在e-Form填的e-mail,更有可能發到訂購機票時填的e-mail信箱裡,所以如果登記不同信箱的人,要記得去其他的e-mail信箱收收看喔:PP

5. 收到班機延誤證明 (9/29 18:46 收到回覆)

動作超迅速,才一天就收到”班機延誤證明”,而且內容完全符合要求!

回覆的信件跟附檔如下:

拿到班機延誤證明以後,當然就是要開始申請保險賠償囉!

申請保險賠償不外乎就是要備齊以下幾種文件:

理賠申請書—–> 你的保險員會幫你填好,如果是位負責的保險業務XDD

在這裡特別感謝我的學長,同時也是南山人壽的業務主任 粘景昇每次都耐心的回答我的問題積極、幫我爭取應有的權利!如果大家有要保保險,卻沒有認識信任的保險員,可以找他喔~

被保險人之機票及登機證或航空業者出具之搭機證明

航空業者所出具載有被延誤期間及延誤原因之證明

 

6. 妥善保存登機證

不用我說大家應該都知道這個很重要XDD沒有它就不能申請延誤保險賠償了! (而且記得一定要是正本!)

7. 存摺影本

可以選擇把錢匯到你的戶頭,或是開支票給你,要匯到銀行或郵局帳戶的話,就要提供有自己戶名和帳號的存摺影本,讓保險公司核對並進行匯款:D

以上,就是整個申請延誤保險賠償的過程,回來後10.5把文件都送出,希望對要申請的人有幫助:D 後續不論有沒有拿到賠償,會再補充上來~

 

 

後記

理賠於2015.10.21會到戶頭裡,一共13個工作日,保險公司說如果超過15天,賠償金額會補上利息喔!
